These Terms of Service govern your use of boatlessons.com and the boating lessons and training services provided by Boat Lessons.
Booking and payment: lessons are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email or phone. Payment is due as arranged at the time of booking.
Cancellations and weather: we may reschedule a lesson for unsafe weather or water conditions at no charge. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your booking.
Safety and conduct: students must follow all instructions from the instructor and all applicable boating laws and Coast Guard requirements. We may end a lesson without refund if safety instructions are not followed.
Assumption of risk: boating involves inherent risks. By booking a lesson you acknowledge those risks and agree that Boat Lessons is not liable for loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.
Content: all text, images, and course materials on this site belong to Boat Lessons and may not be reused without permission.
Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the current terms.
